Thomas George is a seasoned executive and advisory engineer with over 30 years of experience in global manufacturing, polymer recycling, and operations leadership. He has led large-scale manufacturing facilities, developed advanced process solutions, and implemented quality systems for some of the world’s leading organizations. With deep expertise in PET recycling, quality engineering, and process optimization, Thomas works directly with companies to improve efficiency, drive performance, and deliver sustainable, results-driven solutions across complex operations. He also served on the NAPCOR Board of Directors, where he contributes his industry knowledge to advancing plastics recycling initiatives and promoting sustainable practices across the sector.

With hands-on experience across the United States, Latin America, Europe, and Asia, Thomas George brings a deep understanding of global manufacturing environments, regional regulations, and cross-cultural operations.
